Overview of Vcomquartz’s Synthetic Quartz Manufacturing Plant

Located in My Duc District Center, Hanoi City, the Vcomquartz plant spans an area of 5 hectares. The entire facility is designed and equipped to international standards, meeting modern production needs while optimizing efficiency and ensuring labor safety. The plant is divided into three areas:

  • Production Area: Equipped with automatic production lines and modern technology, including mixers, presses, and grinding machines.
  • Processing and Finishing Area: Dedicated to surface treatment, packaging, and final product finishing.
  • Quality Management Area: Comprises a modern laboratory for raw material and product quality testing to ensure compliance with established standards; a safety and quality management room to strictly monitor plant operations as per ISO 9001:2015 and related certifications.
  • Storage and Logistics Area: Includes a spacious raw material warehouse with a modern inventory management system and a storage area for finished products before shipment to customers or distribution points.

Vcomquartz’s Synthetic Quartz Production Process

The production process of Vcomquartz synthetic quartz is complex and requires high precision. This process combines advanced technology with professional craftsmanship to produce final products that are both durable and aesthetically pleasing. The key steps in the production process include:

Step 1: Raw Material Selection

Natural quartz powder is the main component, accounting for about 90-95% of the total materials. Additionally, additives for coloration and other features of the quartz, along with binding agents to bind the quartz crystals together, are used.

Step 2: Mixing Ingredients

Natural quartz powder is mixed with additives in specified ratios. This process is automated with machinery to ensure the highest accuracy.

Step 3: Molding and Pressing

The material mixture is spread into molds for shaping, then vacuum pressed to fix the shape and size of the quartz slabs.

Step 4: Hardening and Solidification

The mixture is hardened under high temperature and pressure conditions to ensure solidity. This solidification process makes the mixture durable and resistant to environmental impacts.

Step 5: Cutting and Surface Finishing

Slabs are cut to required dimensions. The surfaces are then polished to achieve a smooth, standard finish.

Step 6: Quality Testing

The slabs undergo durability tests, load-bearing capacity, and scratch resistance checks, followed by inspections to ensure uniform color and surface quality.

Step 7: Packaging and Shipping

Each slab is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation and then safely shipped to sales points or directly to construction sites.
